"How much do I save?" and "How to order".
A. Pre-Purchase and SAVE up to 5% with Payment by Cheque or (EFT).
Credit Card payments have a 1% transaction fee. When you select Electronic
Funds Transfer (EFT), our payment details are emailed to you when you
complete the order. You can then complete the EFT payment into out account
as per details emailed to you.
How we post Gift Cards to you.
Standard Australia Post: Orders up to $499 have a postage
choice of "Standard Australia Post @ $2.00"
or "Registered Post at a $4.50 postage charge".
Due to security reasons "All orders over $499 or if the delivery is not
your home address, must select "Registered Post".
Once despatched Gift Cards cannot be replaced or cancelled if lost in
transit or lost by you.
Retail Gift Cards:

XS Cards: The maximum amount any one "household" can order
each calendar month is $2,000 (face value). A household can be any number
of members who reside at the same address or purchase with different postal

month, at our discretion, the order/s will not be processed until the start
of the next month or the order will not be completed by us, and any funds
paid for that order will be refunded within 14-30 days.

Process period is 14 days business days (M-F) from when the payment is
cleared funds into our bank account to despatch of the Gift Cards. Also
allow delivery time for Australia Post to deliver your order.
At some times during the year the process period may extend beyond this
due to peak periods of demand, public holidays etc. that occur throughout

the maximum order limit. There is an annual holiday "cut off" date for all
gift card orders each year with the holiday cut off date advised at the top
of the Gift Card order page. It is your responsibility to check this

Lost/stolen/misplaced Gift Cards:
Gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded: Once despatched, Gift cards are
your responsibility, and cannot be replaced or cancelled if lost in transit
or lost by you. If you choose "Standard Mail'" or "Registered Post" as your
mail preference, you accept that if cards are lost or stolen we cannot
refund any amount to you or replace cards that have funds spent. We suggest
you choose "Registered Mail".
Q. Can I place an order for Gift Cards, without entering my credit card
details on my computer?
A. Yes. Proceed through the "order process" until you are asked for
"payment method" on the checkout page.
I want to FAX or Mail my order.
1. Select FAX/MAIL. Then finalise your order.
You will then receive an email with the order receipt. This contains your
details, your order and delivery address. The order receipt will advise the
FAX/MAIL and payment details.
Please note: Only after your payment for the order is "cleared funds" will
the order process begin.
I want to purchase via Electronic Funds Transfer.
2. Select "EFT" (Electronic funds transfer). Then finalise your order.
You will then receive an email with the order receipt. This contains the
details for you to complete the EFT into our account.
Important: Please read if you are paying via EFT.
Note: EFT is where you pay funds into our
