Introduction

All benefits are exclusive to employees, members or customers of organisations that have partnered with Where To Enjoy and are allowed access to the benefits provided by Where To Enjoy. To access the benefits, you must have been registered by your organization to access the website assigned to that organisation by Where To Enjoy or as determined by the organisation providing the benefits to you.
The benefits and rewards within this site are updated regularly and override any publication or printed material. Any benefit, service, reward, offer or gift card may be removed, suspended or updated by us at any time without notice. Where To Enjoy accepts no liability for any benefit or service that may cause injury, loss or damage incurred for any reason when using any benefit or service transacted through or referred by this website or any other publication or communication.

Gift Cards:

Instant gift cards: Woolworths group retailers:  including; (Woolworths Supermarkets, BIG W, BWS, Dan Murphy's and EG Ampol fuel sites.)  are emailed to your email address instantly (within minutes of purchase).
Please check your Junk Mail if you do not see your order in your Inbox.

All other eGift cards are emailed to your authorised registered email address usually within 4hrs and up to 8hrs  from when we see payment that shows in our bank account for an authenticated credit /debit card and direct payment (EFT). A maximum order limit of $1,000 applies. 6 cards maximum per order. For security reasons, e-gift cards will only be emailed to the authorised registered email address to current users. A fair use policy of a maximum combined order value of $9,000 per 30 days applies for direct payments and $2,000 per 10 days for credit card payments. Personal orders only accepted.

For direct payments (EFT), our payment details are emailed to you when you complete the order. You can then complete the payment into the Where To Enjoy bank account as per details emailed to you. Please check your Junk Mail if you do not see your order in your Inbox.
We usually receive direct payments the same day which allows your order to be processed and emailed to you that day.

Lost/stolen/misplaced Gift Cards:
Gift cards (standard and eGift cards) have a cash value and should be treated as such: Once dispatched, Gift cards are your responsibility, and cannot be replaced or cancelled if lost in transit or lost by you. As per retailer's terms and conditions, you accept that if cards are lost or stolen we cannot refund any amount to you or replace cards that have funds spent.

Payment by Credit Card
Woolworths group retailers do not incur credit card fees. All other credit and debit cards incur a 1% transaction fee.

Payment by EFT
Payments by EFT do not have transaction fees. When you select EFT. Pay directly into our bank account, our payment details are emailed to you when you complete the order. You can then complete the EFT payment into our bank account as per details emailed to you. Ensure that you place the order receipt number and your name when making payment so that we can see that it is your order that has been paid for.

WE NEVER REQUEST YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS.
If you choose to pay via EFT, you must include the order number that you receive when you complete your order or your name.
The order number must be placed on your payment reference by you or your bank when you are completing the EFT payment.
A reference such as "Coles card order", or "card order" is not acceptable as we have a huge number of orders for the same cards.

- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Where To Enjoy or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 256 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY's bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
- eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Where To Enjoy .

General

Benefits and Rewards offers within this website are ONLY available to members/employees/customers from an organisation that Where To Enjoy is the benefits and rewards partner and they have provided you with access to Where To Enjoy benefits and rewards. Offers are NOT available to the general public.
You then can access all of the offers within this website. The majority of offers can be purchased directly via this website or by calling the phone number provided by the business that is providing the benefit. There are a few offers that may require you to show your phone
so that they can see the digital benefits card built into your phone web app 'My Card' or your organization may have issued you with their plastic card that shows the Where To Enjoy® logo. The conditions of each offer will provide details on how you redeem the offer. 
Benefits are exclusive and cannot be used with any other discount or offer and cannot be used in conjunction or combining with any other discount program.
Valid Seven Days/All Times
Offers can be used at all times within the normal hours of service unless otherwise specified. Dining, Informal Dining/Takeaway Offers can be used at all times within the normal hours of service except for the stated Festive Days and Public Holidays on the following days; NewYears Eve/Day, Anzac Day, Queen's Birthday, Australia Day, Easter, Christmas Eve/Day,Mothers Day, Fathers Day, St. Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Labour Day.

The following include ways which we may use or disclose your personal details;
When notifying you as a winner of a competition. When forwarding to you information about your user account (including new benefit updates), gaining access to this website or for you to connect to a device. We may retain the content of any information including emails that you forward to us. We may use your personal information in de-identified form where the data or information collected is altered to remove or hide your identifiers and personal information. Should your personal information be included in aggregated data, it is not possible to identify anything about you or who you are from that data. Termination

The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by The Project, and The Project may terminate this agreement and users' access to the web site at any time without notice. In the event of termination, users are no longer authorised to access the web site, but all restrictions imposed on the user, licenses granted by the user and all The Project disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Use will survive.
Conflict Of Interest or past member
Where To Enjoy reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any membership at any time for any person/s who Where To Enjoy deems inappropriate, past or non current membership; without notice to that person/s, whether they have registered as a member or attempt to register as a member or have paid any fees to any organisation to obtain a membership that provides access to the Where To Enjoy member benefits program.
Employees or representatives of any company that may have a conflict of interest or are in any way in competition with Where To Enjoy will not be accepted as members of Where To Enjoy, whether they have registered as a member or paid for a membership of any kind to any organisation. This includes both former and current employees or representatives, and if registered in their own name or an alias that may have a conflict of interest or are in any way in competition with Where To Enjoy.


Miscellaneous

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
